Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and VIP288 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the VIP288 online gaming and sports betting platform available at https://vip288.casa and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Platform").

VIP288 operates as an international online gaming platform under applicable international licensing frameworks. We serve players across Malaysia, including those based in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling activities complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be fully bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on VIP288, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-personal legal structures are not permitted to hold Accounts.

• You must not be located in, or resident of, a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited or where VIP288's services are geographically restricted by the Company at its sole discretion.
• You must not hold any other active Account on the VIP288 Platform. Each player is permitted a single Account. Multiple accounts constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the VIP288 Platform.

Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction. VIP288 does not operate under Malaysian government regulation — no such specific licensing framework for online gambling exists in Malaysia. By registering, you acknowledge this and confirm personal responsibility for understanding your local legal position.

Account Registration

To access VIP288's gaming and betting services, you must register an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email address.
• Ensure that all details submitted during registration match the identity documents you will later submit during KYC verification. Discrepancies may result in suspension pending clarification.
• Promptly update your Account details if any registered information changes, particularly contact email and payment method details.
• Not register using false, assumed, or impersonated identity information. Fraudulent registration constitutes a criminal act and VIP288 will report such conduct to appropriate authorities where required.

VIP288 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole and absolute discretion without obligation to provide reasons. Submission of a registration application does not guarantee Account approval.

Username and Password

You will select a username and password during registration. Your password must meet the minimum complexity requirements specified during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your credentials with any other person. VIP288 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. VIP288 will treat any activity conducted using your valid credentials as authorised activity by you, subject to the Platform's standard fraud detection protocols.

• You must notify VIP288 immediately via our 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, loss of your device, or compromise of your login credentials.
• VIP288 will take reasonable steps to suspend Account access upon receipt of a credible security notification. However, we cannot guarantee that losses will not occur prior to the suspension taking effect.
• VIP288 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials confidential, from sharing credentials with third parties, or from your failure to promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on your Account. Players with 2FA enabled receive additional login security at no cost.

Inactive Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive calendar months will be classified as dormant. VIP288 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances as specified in the fee schedule displayed on the Platform. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. Reactivation is possible by logging into the Account and completing a qualifying transaction.

Identity Verification (KYC)

VIP288 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC may also be triggered at any stage of your Account's lifetime as part of our routine anti-money laundering (AML) compliance programme.

Documents Required

• Proof of Identity: A clear, colour copy of your Malaysian MyKad (both sides), passport (photo page), or other government-issued photo identification. The document must be current and not expired.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. VIP288 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available before initiating a deposit transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) all applicable wagering requirements having been met; (c) the withdrawal amount not exceeding your applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits; and (d) your Account being in good standing with no active fraud, security, or AML review pending.

Indicative processing times by payment method are as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet and other e-wallets — typically 5 to 30 minutes; DuitNow/FPX — typically 15 to 60 minutes; local bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — typically 1 to 4 hours; cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT) — typically 30 minutes to 2 hours, subject to network congestion. These times are indicative only and may vary based on third-party processing conditions.

Withdrawal payment methods must match the methods used for deposits where technically possible (return-to-source policy). This is a standard anti-money laundering control and is non-negotiable.

Anti-Money Laundering

Bonuses & Promotions

VIP288 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, a birthday bonus programme, and referral rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Each eligible Player may claim each welcome bonus offer once only. Claiming a welcome bonus through a duplicate Account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Account separately from Real Money Funds. Wagers are typically placed from Real Money Funds first; once Real Money Funds are exhausted, Bonus Funds are used.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering multipliers range from 10x to 35x depending on the offer, as stated in individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely from specific offers. Refer to individual offer terms for game contribution details.

Birthday Bonus

The birthday bonus is available to verified Players based on their VIP tier at the time of their birthday month. The bonus amount (ranging from MYR 188 for Bronze tier to MYR 2,688 for Platinum tier and above) is subject to standard wagering requirements and requires a verified Account with matching date of birth records.

Refer a Friend

The Refer a Friend programme awards MYR 38 to both the referring Player and the referred new Player upon the referred Player completing account registration and making a qualifying first deposit. The referral bonus is subject to wagering requirements. Self-referral and referral of existing Players using new accounts constitutes fraud.

Gaming Rules

Each game category available on VIP288 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, live football, lottery, and arcade games — is governed by specific game rules published within the game interface or on the relevant game provider's platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game prior to wagering.

Game Integrity

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or network interruption during an active game round or bet, VIP288 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server-side logs. If reconstruction is not possible, wagers on affected rounds may be refunded at VIP288's discretion. VIP288 will not honour winnings from rounds affected by known technical errors that generated abnormally inflated results.

Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game categories and are specified within the game interface. Limits may vary by VIP tier level. VIP288 reserves the right to impose additional betting limits on specific Player accounts where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the VIP288 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name, an alias, or a third party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with VIP288 support or compliance teams.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written approval from VIP288.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage over the Platform or other players. Any winnings derived from exploiting known errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illicit sources, structuring transactions to avoid AML detection, or using VIP288 as a conduit for financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or game logic.
• Using VIP288 in any way that disrupts service delivery for other players, including denial-of-service attacks or fraudulent chargeback requests.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by a minor (any person under 21 years of age).

Account Suspension & Closure

VIP288 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the compliance team.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's financial institution.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, VIP288 will notify the affected Player by their registered email address and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond to any allegations before permanent closure is confirmed, except where immediate closure is required to prevent financial crime or protect other players.

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Real Money Fund balances will be returned to the source payment method used for deposits. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Responsible Gambling

Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; create derivative works; reverse-engineer any software component; or use VIP288's branding in any commercial or promotional context without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of VIP288's intellectual property may result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to legal action for damages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VIP288 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or gambling losses of any kind.

VIP288 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or data loss. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily suspend access to the Platform. We will provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

VIP288's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which VIP288 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution designated by VIP288's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually waived under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

VIP288 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to request Account closure. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
